He is very quick to set up a time which is extremely important to me as I do a lot of work from home and can't be without my home computer / internet for even one day or evening. Needed a quick router configuration for my router. They were very helpful and solved a very strange issue which i was having. They are a bit higher then some in the smae area but nothings cheap these days. Either call phone tech support to India or get local support from American company. I like to support local business.

Good work on my computer and notebook. My office computer was down and they took care of it. My notebook need repair and it was done. They come over my location and pickup my unite free of charge. the next day I had my computer back as good as new. thank you
