Thanks Steve. He went Above and beyond. He helped me get my refinance done. He didn't talk much and he didn't make any promises but delivered what I thought could never happen.It went way smoother than I expected.

*Edited to add* I have changed my star rating to 4 stars just for the fact that someone in the company reached out to explain the situation with the unsolicited faxes. I have never worked with this company but would be open to the possibility.*Sick and tired of receiving these faxes. Have tried numerous times to opt out, to no avail. Have called the number at the bottom of the fax. Dummy number. Have tried to fax them back at the sending number. Also a dummy number. Will NEVER use a company that has no integrity!!!! STOP SENDING UNSOLICITED FAXES WITH NO WAY TO OPT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!

They are a scam big time. For two years I have tried to delete them from receiving Faxes, and all to no avail.
