Ray has more local knowledge of this Torrance neighborhood than I ever imagined. Ray, Thomas and Jon made the whole process easy - especially since I'm not local and had to rely on them to manage the day to day details. Thomas even hand watered grass and flowers for me! When my chosen contractors fell through at the last minute, they took care of everything using their contacts without delay. Their strategy succeeded and we sold quickly once it was listed.
As Torrance Gardens homeowners for just shy of 50 years, we’ve known the Millman Team for many, many years, both through their flyers, and having watched them sell our neighbor’s home, as well as many others in our neighborhood.
