First off this is not a flashy or fancy salon but they get the job done. Massage chairs work and the staff is super sweet. Came for a pedicure and Luna's associate was very gentle. The manicurist was detail oriented and polite. If you want more complex services such as gel, you have to make an appointment since Luna has been short staff due to Covid. Luna is also hiring hair dresses and nail techs now that things are picking up.

Luna and her staff are great! All the ladies in my family have been going there for years. Highly recommend. The negative reviews I see seem to stem from people' inability to realize a difference in culture, and an incapable of seeing outside of what little box of privilege they live in. Luna and her staff are kind and respectful.

Friendly, professional and excellent service... These are the words I would use to describe Luna. I have been coming to her for my haircut for over ten years now, and I will continue to do so. I'll be the first to admit that I have an odd shaped head, and Luna knew exactly how to cut my hair to accommodate to it. In addition to her expertise, I thoroughly enjoy our conversations while I am there. She is kind and thoughtful enough to ask about my life and how my wife is doing. Also, I occasionally hear that her others at her business have been long-time clients, so I'm not the only one that thinks highly of her. Thank you, Luna, for everything that you do!
