Ok here is my experience.... We bought an older home and the pipes were in the slab but with huge root issues. I 1st hired Lucas (Ritz) Plumbing to line the center portion of my house. I will not lie there were a few issues at first but all of those were corrected. They stayed as long as it took and sent as many men as it took to finish the job and make sure that I was happy. Oscar, the project manager is Great! He is knowledgeable and gets things done. Since then I have had to line two additional sections of our property and I have used Oscar and his crew. Both of those jobs were done quickly, correctly, and without issues. They have continued to be professional and strive to make sure I am happy with their work. So Yes, I would hire them again. What matters to me in these reviews are not the mistakes as much as what the company and the workers do to fix the problem, if one should arise, as well as their service to the customer.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I hired them. I didn't know that Lucas Plumbing(AKA RitzPluming) has a new owner that outsources with independent contractors. Their prices are outrageous and their customer service wasn't good either. They wanted to charge me $50 to use their van to go and buy parts. In the past, the plumbers from Lucas, would bring all that they needed to get the job done. I am sad to say that I won't be using them again or referring others to them.
I have used this company in the past many times and the employees were excellent, work was superior and the service amazing. Needless to say from my two stars -- something happened. This is actually an updated former 5 star review. This is nothing more than a dispatch service that outsources the work to a company called Ritz Plumbing. It appears as though they send the work to independent contractors. You can't talk to anyone but the dispatcher. The prices are negotiable through each independent contractor and it's just not what it use to be. I hate writing bad reviews but people should know. I no longer recommend this company.
