They messed up one of my shirts 3 years ago. Probably with bleach, I didn't notice until 3 years later but I was able to use it on a Zoom interview. I still give it 3 stars, I have dealt with really bad cleaners in the past and 1 out of 100 that came out messed up isn't that bad.
