I was in Torrance for a speaking engagement and realized on my way that my suit jacket was stained with a few spots of grease, and I was headed for an embarrassing morning. I stopped at Joseph's this morning and explained my predicament. There was a man and woman working, and the man took my jacket and said "let me see what I can do". Five minutes later he came out and the spots were almost completely gone. I don't know what magic he used but he saved me from a bad situation. I asked what was the charge and he said nothing. They are fast, effective, efficient, and very polite. The lady means business, she's there to work, you do not want to waste her time. The gentleman is easy going, asked me about where I live (Colorado) and was eager to share a bit about his travels with me. I will be back many many times.

5* Great service, amazing staff, above and beyond work. I came in to get the patches fixed and Velcro re stitched on my jacket and when I picked it up it looked brand new. I'm very satisfied.
