I had an outstanding experience with Harbor Property Management. I want to especially highlight and give praise to Jose for his work addressing a maintenance issue and coordinating contractors. Faced with a complicated problem, Jose's responsiveness and thoroughness were a breath of fresh air. He kept us informed and comfortable every step of the way, showing both professionalism and care for the matter. It can be rare to find someone so committed to truly excellent service. Thanks to Jose, our problem was resolved smoothly, and our trust in Harbor Property Management has only grown. Highly recommend!

Harbor has been managing my property for going on 2-years now and I don't have any plans to change. I live cross-country and have a great sense of mind with Harbor managing my duplex. We've had challenges but we have overcome them. They have been fair in our dealings and appreciate their attention to my units. Off-hours can be a little challenging to handle but with proper planning, we've been able to work through it. Christina is my POC at Harbor and I appreciate her willingness to assist, the professionalism in the office and relief I get from this property manager.

My only problem or issue with Harbor Property Management is that our time together was cut way to short. I truly enjoyed having a taste of class, professionalism, structure and friendliness. Always having the desire and main focus of keeping the tenants and owners equally happy and satisfied. I appreciate the immediate attention and help given when anything was needed, broken or questionable. Harbor Property Management was always honest, fair, and extremely polite. Also a very pleasant crew with great energy. Would definitely look forward to having a business rental relationship in the future. Thank you Scott and everybody that help make my experience enjoyable and balanced.
