I never really noticed my lack of eyebrows until an art teacher in high school commented on it on a self-portrait I sketched. Afterwords, I noticed it in every single picture. She had so many positive reviews and great pictures that I felt safe scheduling an appointment. Monica is such a kind and knowledgeable professional. She made me feel very welcomed. She calmed my worries by providing me a step-by-step of the procedure and the healing process. Ultimately, what made me trust her was her genuine interest in the art of microblading--she's definitely a master of the craft! She sculpted my brows based on my face shape and features. She elevated my preferences by providing me helpful suggestions. The procedure was comfortable, and Monica made sure I was relaxed throughout. Pain was minimal. She always made sure to ask if I was okay. The results: flawless -- my brows look incredibly natural, fuller, and perfectly shaped. For aftercare, she provided me with all the hygienic tools needed, including a soap and balm that she specifically procured for microbladed brows. I've received so many compliments already! I'm so happy with how they turned out and highly recommend Monica to anyone looking for a talented and professional microblading artist. I'll definitely be back for any touch-ups in the future! She's got it all together styling her new place in downtown Rudondo cute new place and all new look and merchandise and she did my hair and make up for my goddaughter's wedding. Granted I did my research prior to getting one so I already knew (kind of) what to do for care instructions but they were able to answer all my questions or confirm what I had already learned. Told her my preference and what I was looking for and she gave me suggestions on the length and style based on that as well as showed me the lengths before she got started (sorry I should know the name of my tech but I keep forgetting to ask lol) The price was a steal, I got $10 off for being a first time customer. The retention is also pretty amazing, almost bordering 4.5 weeks before I get too into my head and need to refill them again haha. The process also doesn't take that long! I got the y mink full set and it only took her an hour. My eyes weren't burning or irritated after it was done. Just overall a great experience.“

“I had a pleasant experience getting my nails done, along with a pedicure, and I encountered no issues during my visit. Both my nails and my feet turned out beautifully, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I received the Gel X on my nails. However, I did find the customer service to be somewhat lacking. I tried to engage with the nail technician in hopes of building a friendly rapport, but it felt like he wasn't really interested in chatting or establishing a connection. It would have been nice to have a more welcoming atmosphere. I asked his name and he was hesitate but told me. Although I forgot his name, I didn't think he wanted me to know anyway. As for the woman who did my pedicure, she was quite reserved and didn't engage in conversation at all. In fact, she never introduced herself, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal. While the quality of the services was great, the overall customer service left something to be desired. I believe a little more friendliness and communication could greatly enhance the experience for clients. Overall, while I loved the results, I hope to see improvements in the customer service aspect during my next visit. Bathroom was clean and overall shop.“

“Definitely recommend Leah for all your lash extension needs! We spent quite a while (maybe 15-20 mins) just doing the consultation since it had been about 2 years since I last got lashes and I really wanted true natural lashes that are 1. office appropriate, 2. compliment my face and 3. look nice for a concert night/holiday parties. She ended up recommending I get a Classic style C curl with 10mm-13mm lashes, with the longest being placed in the middle of the eye and one at the outer corner. It came out really nice, and was super relaxing to lay down. You'll feel really comfy in the heated bed and you might even find yourself meditating a bit since she plays calming music lol or you can also talk to her throughout your service! She is very nice and friendly and you can be 100% honest with her and she will give you her honest professional opinion too on what would look best on you. Definitely would come back again for the next time I want lashes. :)“

My eye brows were severely scarred from previous eye brow tattoo by another person, and Hannah took her time to correct it (I think it took almost 2.5+hrs - almost 3hrs) and it sure does look way better.
