It's been a month since we have started Phase 1 for my son, and so far it has been a really good experience with Dr Wong and his team. The price was great, the flexibility of getting appointments and even rescheduling was amazing. We usually are there not for a long time, they are very quick and efficient. They even take us in even if we were 30 mins early. I like that they added snacks and arcade while waiting, my younger son is not bored waiting for his brother. I love that Dr Wong also is very hands on and responds through email if we had some concerns even at night, I was blown away with that. We finally got braces for my 9 year old son. My husband and I never had braces and we were kind of hesitant to do it this early. Dr Wong and his team made sure everything was easy and comfortable and explained to us what was needed at this point. The price was reasonable as well. Dr Wong is very hands on and friendly he even answered the phone when i called to schedule the appointment. I also like how it is easy and flexible to schedule appointments they have a lot of open appointments, which is needed especially if there are any issues with the braces. No-fuss, minimal-pain braces for my 7 year old. This is not the orthodontist that I grew up with! The braces are the same, but methods must have improved because they start them younger these days, while their bones are still developing. As a result, there seems to be less pain. Rates are very reasonable too.
