I have driven past this establishment for many years now and I finally decided to stop in. I am now kicking myself for not doing so earlier. I showed up at 5:30 PM on Friday evening and the shop closes at 6:00 PM. I was worried that I was too late and would be turned away, but I was welcomed in by Stephanie (the owner) who was busily cutting a gentleman's hair. A few minutes later it was my turn in the chair. The conversation meandered just like the mighty Mississippi. We talked about birthdays, cooking, joint pain, life in the southwest and growing herbs (for cooking of course). Great haircut, fair price and stimulating conversation. El Senor has a new regular customer.

I found El Senor barbor salon as they are located next to one of my favorite mexican food restaurants in Torrance and I have to say I will definitely be coming back to get my hair cut from Stephanie again! As a regular customer to supercuts and fantastic sams all my life I wasn't sure what to expect, Stephanie cut my hair super quick and noticeably cleaner than other salons. Also she's very friendly and had a great experience chatting with her while getting my haircut. Thanks Stephanie, you've got yourself a new regular:)!!
