This is my very FIRST review ever! I have to say that Sarena McCoy, the Design Consultant, at Daltile Torrance provided exceptional and personalized service! She was very professional and so patient with my husband and myself. We were getting overwhelmed and burnt out after going to several stores looking for tile for our bathroom remodel. Sarena simplified things for us, and she definitely has an eye for design! Daltile has a wonderful inventory, and the turnaround time is very good. One tile design they had in stock and the others will arrive in 7-10 bus. days. We were so happy to have selected all three tile designs for our bathroom. The is specific to the showroom experience. Michelle is simply the best. I've been to this showroom a million and one times and she's just so infinitely knowledgeable. She's helpful in providing you similar styles to what you are looking for. I credit her for finding the slab I wanted to use which I think I would have never discovered on my own. Serena is awesome too. She helped checked inventory for me and went the extra mile of calling around a few out of state locations. I'm not sure why the other reviews are low. Maybe more so with the purchasing and delivery process. Which I can't yet comment about.
My contractor recommended this place, so I made an appointment (recommended as they get busy.) The designer went above and beyond. You could tell she had years of experience with her quick beautiful recommendations. Their lead times are 1-2 weeks (not bad.) You can’t beat their quality vs floor & decor etc. I wouldn’t overlook this gem. Everyone is super friendly too!
