This is long overdue. I met John around last year when we were having like a cockroach infestation. We set an appointment and he was very punctual. He was so honest and direct about how he was going to help us fix the problem. We are so satisfied that until now we still don't have the cockroaches back. He is so worth it and not a ripoff. I had daddy’s out two years ago for my ants. They were great, quick, through and clean. Having them out again for the ants again, going to have a monthly service this time so they never come back

Saw some reviews indicating poor responsiveness, so thought I'd post. Had a great experience and good results. No more scratching in the attic (hallelujah...I shudder to think of it.....bleh). Response times were great, in fact they worked hard to deal with my crazy schedule. All in all good experience.
