I had a pleasant experience getting my nails done, along with a pedicure, and I encountered no issues during my visit. Both my nails and my feet turned out beautifully, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I received the Gel X on my nails. However, I did find the customer service to be somewhat lacking. I tried to engage with the nail technician in hopes of building a friendly rapport, but it felt like he wasn't really interested in chatting or establishing a connection. It would have been nice to have a more welcoming atmosphere. I asked his name and he was hesitate but told me. I'm very new to getting my nails done and Sammi was so nice and patient with me, answering all my questions and explaining the process and different types of nails. She took my old gel off which I was not very happy with because they looked too thick (not done at this place) and gave me a nice thin gel coating over my own nails with a cute oval shape and natural pink shade. I spent a solid 2hrs here (it didn't feel that long) and was charged $60 which I felt was a very good price for removal and a new set (again, I'm new to this so maybe it's not, but I thought it would be more). First time at this location and they impressed me! I had Kate who was great, took her time and made sure my nails were perfect. I liked how they still use the foil on your nails when getting your gel off rather than using the drill tool the entire time. I asked for ombré nails and they knocked it out of the park! I'll def be coming back again.
