Not only was the office able to get me an appointment the next day for my broken stove, the service itself was quick and professional. The technician, James was knowledgeable and just a nice guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Carter Services again, or recommend them.

Lance was amazing! We were without hot water for a week and needed a tankless hot water heater installed Lance can out on the hottest Saturday of the year and installed an outlet in our garage so we can get a tankless hot water heater installed. Lance is super duper friendly and nice. He went above and beyond! Thank you Lance!
