I've been searching online for quite some time to find someone whom I can trust. After a long search, I finally went with Betty after reading some positive feedbacks on Yelp. I am pleasantly surprised on how natural my eyebrows look and got many compliments. Betty thoroughly explained each step of the process while listening to all the details of my requests. I am definitely going to be referring her to my family and friends!

I highly recommend Betty, the eyebrow artist, to anyone who is interested in getting their eyebrows ombré powdered. I had such a pleasantly positive experience from the point of booking with Vicky to the end process of getting my brows done by Betty. Booking process: Vicky was very helpful answering all my questions, as I was a bit nervous about getting my brows done. She was transparent with information. I greatly appreciated Vicky's good customer service. Eyebrow process: Betty was just so lovely and thorough with her work. She was easy to talk to. She really made a conscious effort to connect with me (her client). Betty asked what I wanted and she made sure that I was happy with the initial eyebrow markups, such as my desired shape and the brow color and shade. Betty was meticulous with her work and she really took her time to make sure I was happy with the brow outcome, which I am very pleased. The brow work takes about 2-3 hours, but Betty was so thorough that she spent extra time to make sure my brows come out perfectly. Healing process: it took about 8 days for my brows to flake off completely and heal. Betty gave me a care kit with detailed instructions and she informed me what to expect during the healing process, which I greatly appreciate. Cost: I took advantage of the promo deal of $250 ($50 off). This is such a steal for Betty's hard work. I've planned a touch-up session in May ($50). Overall, I'm very satisfied and pleased with my brows. I don't even need to spend any time for my brows now and it's a game-changer for me. I was recommended by a coworker and absolutely loved my results. Betty is a good listener, truly takes her time to make the perfect shape of your brows and overall made me feel really comfortable during my visit. Her studio is really wonderful, professional and clean. I overall loved my results of my brows and Betty has boosted my confidence overall with the ombré powder brows.
