DO NOT GO HERE! My dog was on the verge of dying (had a heartache/seizure) and was not eating & moving slow. We offered to wait all day (we were one of the first there in the morning) to have a vet see him and they denied us! Told us to come another day. Didn't have any care in the world. STAY AWAY!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. DO NOT GO HERE if you want a solid veterinary experience for you and your pet. Ever since ownership changed, this place has become unbearable. You have to wait months for an appointment, the vet takes endless days off and is never available even for a quick phone call. They have you take a ton of expensive tests and then don't call you with the results. My cat is dying, I called to make an emergency appt this morning and of course they said the vet is out of office today (it's a Monday) and they won't be able to see her for a few weeks. Please DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!! - This has been my home veterinarian for decades. No more. I have heard the business was sold and under new management. Dr. Rios will literally talk to you on the telephone. That's all you get. She will not see anyone in person. I recently had to make a heartbreaking appointment to have our beautiful 16 year old Pomeranian euthanized. The staff could not be more cold and non-caring'. They literally don't give a crap!
