I live 2 hours from my rental house so coordinating any type of work is always a challenge. Carlos came to the house, provided the quote, and they got to work within a week or so after I signed the contract. He worked to inform me of their progress, every step of the way. I ended up needing new facia boards which they installed. This was not an up sell, but rather a maintenance issue on the house that I elected to have him do because it was really convenient to have him do all the work including painting. The city approved things along the way and at the end. We will see how the roof performs during the rains in the future.

They came out and provided a very thorough and detailed estimate which will ultimately be very helpful for my buyer. Jason communicated well and they did what they said they would do and that speaks volumes.
