So if you are looking at a quick refraction this might be the places for you , however this company it's basically for healthy eyes if you have any eye disease or problems they will hard stop you and send you out to be seen by a doctor in person, expect to be there 45-60 , if they actually do the telemedicine (only when it benefits them) you might see a remote tech or you might get worked on by an I house tech , as far as the doctors you may or may not see one if the doctor is backed up they will tell the techs to go ahead and give you the diagnosis, at no point there is a doctor in person. The flyer and ad is very misleading "the doctor is always in" yes... read full review
