I have a bad neck that caused me chronic daily pains. I suffer from vertigo and headaches. I started going to Palmer 2 months ago and he is not only warm and a nice person who generally wants to help you. My neck has improved. although I still have issues, that in time will go away. and it's so important to do your exercises at home. I highly recommend him.

His adjustments are thorough, intentional, and never rushed. He has a tender touch and is quick to help give advice on how you can help mitigate issues by making little adjustments in your day to day, with the goal of you not needing to go to get adjustments as frequently as you may normally, so they can stick.
