She's taken me from virgin hair to platinum blonde hair SO smoothly! She doesn't rush just so you achieve what you want. She's very caring and took the time to explain the process to me so I was able to maintain healthy hair through the process of achieving the shade of blonde that I wanted. I also come to her for keratin treatments, which are amazing for maintaining hair health (especially as a blonde!) I love how knowledgable Helen is about hair, which is what makes me comfortable to trust her with my hair. If she knows something will be damaging to my hair, she won't let me do it.
