Once again, Gilbert P. showed up on time with a warm greeting. Always professional, respectful and engaged, he swept through our home and did his spraying. Before he went to spray the perimeter of our home outside, he thanked us both for our patronage of his company and genuinely wished us well. If the other exterminators that Western hires are as efficient and personable as Gilbert is, I'd say this company knows what customer satisfaction is all about!
