I am very happy with the service I received from this company. I called in the morning and I had somebody out to my moms house by noon because I had told them my mom was elderly and couldn’t stand the heat.

We highly recommend Mendez Air Conditioning and Heating. Through the entire process they were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Starting with the first (of a few) phone calls to Rhonda until the end of the install they were great. Victor came to the house to assess the problem, took pictures and patiently explained what we were dealing with including how poorly the previous work had been done. He spent much time explaining to us what was causing our problem and then gave us options for a resolution. I am so impressed with Mendez Air Conditioning, I wish I had actually purchased my unit from them. The office staff Rhonda and Kelly are amazing and understood I was on jury duty but were willing to schedule a service call with me, even if I had to call early in the morning to cancel, with no cancellation fees. Our service guy, Marcos, was outstanding. He spent almost 2 hours servicing our unit and went the extra mile to address other concerns we had.
