We bought our house about a year and a half ago so we experienced a summer here before. This summer was a little different. We started noticing that the temperature in the house was struggling to stay down. Our frustration was when we would have people over and noticed how uncomfortably hot they were because the temperature was not budging. With that, the AC was constantly running struggling to stay down and the last straw was when we received an $1,100 electric bill. We called Paul and within 24 hours he had Julien coming to thoroughly check our house (checked the attic, duct system, insulation, our unit etc.). He took photos and talked to Paul and his team and came up with the best options. Paul personally came to our home and gave us three detailed options. I know nothing about the A/C world and he made sure to explain everything to me in detail with photos of our attic etc. Fast forward to our decision and the process… Paul himself came on site a few times with his amazing technicians. His crew was very knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. Paul and comfort Air made what could have been a nightmare into a great experience. We are so happy with the decision. Already looking at the usage on our electric bill, we see that our average kWh usage has already decreased significantly (even keeping the temperature lower in the house!) I highly recommend this professional and knowledgeable company with anyone struggling with this desert heat!

Golden landscape is amazing to work with. I manage several HOAs and having Golden Landscape as the landscaper at a few of my properties. They are easy to work with, they show up, they pay attention to detail and communicate. I then used them at my new home and they gave us great ideas for our yard and fixed so many irrigation issues I had. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent in every way! We experienced a roof leak in our hallway and when no one would respond to my calls or emails-Daniel's DKI came through! They were recommended to us by a friend. My roof and interior hallway today look as though we never experienced the tropical storm. This company was amazing! I always was kept up to date with everything going on and all my calls and emails were quickly returned. I highly highly recommend them and will call them first if I ever need major repairs again.

Tried to get a cover for a septic tank at local Home improvement stores and online with no success. My local septic pumping company recommended Desert Sewer Supply.It was a short distance and they had a cover I could use. It was reasonably priced, but not cheap.

As a real estate broker in the Coachella Valley and Palm Springs area, I manage several properties and have clients that frequently need repairs or remodels. Vincere can do as little as replace a smoke detector to as much as building an entire house, and their crew is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They also have a flooring division and their flooring division (Distinctive Flooring) does a great job as well. They are my go to guys for just about everything. Best of all my clients love them too, which makes me look good!

Well I read the previous reviews from 2-3 years ago, I can’t speak to the service back then, I hired chuck and his team to remodel my pool and spa tile, from start to finish the job was expertly done and completed on time, in fact they went above and beyond bringing me several tile choices, his crew were always on time, friendly and Marcelino was an artist cutting and installing the tile. I was so pleased I hired them again to install stone on my 80ft wall surrounding the pool, again Marcelino expertly installed the wall, chuck the owner arrived upon completion to inspect the job. I would highly recommend chuck and his crew based upon my recent job.

Victor did a fabulous job at our home. He and his crew came up with a complete new landscaped front,coutyard and backyard design. His crew were on time, neat and very polite. Victors choice of plants,hardscape,irrigation and overall design was created by a professonal! Prices were more than fair and my husband and I could not be happier. Being a designer myself, I have been known to be a picky customer but Victor really came through. I highly recommend this company.
My Air Conditioner failed and I needed immediate help. Nicol Climate Control techs Tahari and Jourvon provided outstanding service during several of the hottest days of the year in Palm Springs. It was a major repair that included replacing the Control Panel of my Air Conditioner. They were extremely responsive. I appreciate the fact they were conscientious, professional and knowledgeable, I give them 5 stars and highly recommend Nicol Climate Control.
Robert came to our home for HVAC service (1st visit) and upgrade (2nd visit) and did a fantastic job! He was on time, professional, courteous, and clearly understood his craft. He identified our HVAC's issues, made recommendations, and explained them, which made our decision making easy. Robert upgraded our system, taught us how to maintain it, and let us know about additional improvements that could be made. Robert is a good teacher, shares his knowledge, and lets you know what he's doing and why. Needless to say, we were very impressed! I want to thank Vic's Air Conditioning for its prompt assistance during a recent air conditioning dilemma. In June, my neighbor heard a strange noise coming from my HVAC unit as I was on a journey home from a vacation. Even though, it was one of the hottest days of the years, when I called from the airport, Laura arranged to have a service technician examine my HVAC within an hour after I arrived home. After working to replace a broken fan blade, the HVAC on my roof still did not function properly. Vic's AC was able to arrange for a crane and service technicians to install a new HVAC first thing the next day. The service technicians were courteous and professional as they showed me videos and photos of the equipment and answered all my questions. I appreciate the timely way in which Vic's resolved my HVAC emergency.
