I had been coming here for years and at this point I've had it with this office. I'm always left waiting in the lobby past my appointment start time and even longer once I'm in a room. What should be a quick visit lasts over an hour. Then I find out the front desk staff didn't even schedule me for the right type of appointment, so I am left waiting in the room again while the MA goes to figure out why I am there. He finally comes in 45 minutes after my appointment should have started to begin the excision. After the removal, he used stitches to patch it up. They looked horrible and were done in such a sloppy way that I knew would leave a terrible scar.... read full review

Had an appointment today.They were right on time. Been coming here for about 7 years. The front staff has always been so sweet and professional. Some of the same girls Ive been seeing the entire time. Unless you are getting a facial or micro ..they sometimes are running behind schedule. So..I bring a book, that's right I read when I'm waiting, not checking my phone. They take lots of different insurance here..so maybe best to check first. I trust the people here. Going back soon for a chemical peel..... read full review

I cannot day enough good things about the truly outstanding care I have received here. Starting with 1) Dr Ngo, for who M.D. not only means medical doctor but also Melanoma Detector. She is an absolute genius at spotting problem moles and is also one of the nicest doctors ever. An exceptional person in all ways. 2) Dr Andrew Kaufman, who is as gifted a MOHS surgeon that you will ever find. His mastery has not only fully removed melanomas on me, but he has done so with techniques that resulted in minimal scarring. He goes the extra mile for his patients.
