Cecilia, Kevin, Cole and of course Jim were absolutely hands down fantastic!! I highly recommend using their services.. 5 star service all around, they always answered the phone and went above and beyond.

When we recently purchased our new home we were advised by the property inspectors that there was some water damage and indications of mold in the main bath. The estimate to repair seemed high and covered only what they could see. We called 1-800 Water Damage as a secondary bid. Kevin scheduled an appointment quickly, inspected the area in question and gave us his bid which was about half the first. When Jimmy showed up to start the work and further inspect, the damage was more significant than originally thought.
