When we recently purchased our new home we were advised by the property inspectors that there was some water damage and indications of mold in the main bath. The estimate to repair seemed high and covered only what they could see. We called 1-800 Water Damage as a secondary bid. Kevin scheduled an appointment quickly, inspected the area in question and gave us his bid which was about half the first. When Jimmy showed up to start the work and further inspect, the damage was more significant than originally thought. Both Kevin and Jimmy showed us what they had found and explained how it happened and what needed to be done. They were both very helpful, friendly and optimistic about the repair. We authorized the additional work, they finished it quickly and the total was still less than the first estimate. Jimmy even came back after a couple days to check on things and treat the area again. We are so glad we found this company and would highly recomment them to anyone looking for help. They are extremely professional and courteous.
