Solicited me for months to do a new website. When I finally agreed to move forward they sent me a template and told me to fill in the blanks and provide pictures. I could have done that on Wix for free. When I explained that this was not what my expectation was for a "professionally designed website", I was assured by the owner that things would get resolved. 6 months, later, I have nothing.
