Pacific Coast Air & Heater Repair was a great group to work with, they provided my house with a clean cost-effective and professional-looking installation that should serve me for years to come. The solutions that they provided were up front and full of information. There was no hiding behind terminology or strong arm tactics to get me to pick a certain unit. on a tight schedule and they managed to get my house back in order very quickly and left the work area extremely clean. I would definitely utilize them again.

I have been a customer with Pacific Coast Air & Heater Repair since 1990. They have serviced my heating and cooling units, and installed a new furnace/AC unit in my home in 2010. I have stayed with Pacific Coast Air & Heater Repair because of the quality work they do and the quality products they provide. The new furnace they installed resulted in lowering my gas bill by over $100 per month. They are trustworthy in what they say I need done for my unit, and they come out to fix any problem very promptly. I recommend Pacific Coast Air & Heater Repair to anyone with a heating or cooling problem!

Astonishingly great service and quality! My old home AC unit has died in the first big heat wave. I contacted a few HVAC companies. Pacific Coast responded quickest, and unlike the others provided a no-cost assessment and quote. Both the furnace and AC were end of life, a finding of Pacific Coast and the the other HVAC companies, so it was going to be a big job. Via their office lead, Andrew, Pacific Coast gave the quickest and most economical quote. I checked the equipment they proposed, and it was better quality units as well. Andrew was great with communications and organizing, and could arrange the installation right after the weekend. So, they were my clear choice. The installation was equally awesome. The team lead by Anthony arrived first thing Monday, worked quietly and helpfully (e.g., moved in and out my home things that were in the way of the AC and furnace), hauled away the old units, completed all the new equipment installation and testing, and were done by mid-afternoon. Also, in these COVID times, they abided by proper masking and distance in interactions. Anthony kept me informed on progress and coordinated with me the things that would briefly affect the house (breaker panel modification, testing AC and furnace). And, when done, we set up the final post installation steps via Pacific (finalizing permits, scheduling city inspection, etc.). Could not have been a smoother or more pleasant interaction! It was 90s outside when they left, but my home was cool and great.
