“When the elevator opens on the second floor the front desk staff will be the first thing you see .. The friendly staff will be waiting to assist you. In my case , I was greeted by Holly . She was helpful ,patient and understanding. She went above and way beyond to help me . A true professional ! I was kind of high maintenance yet I never felt like I was too much trouble for her . It only gets better from there . My Doctor took the time to listen and was very attentive and thorough. I never once felt rushed or like I was just another number . I personally liked that they have a lab on premises. I've been to other doctors that have sent me to a lab for blood work . I don't really want to run around to different locations. The man who took my blood was extremely professional and I seriously never felt the needle inserted . Overall , I am so happy with my experience at Arroyo Oaks Medical. I will recommend them to all my friends.“

“Dr. Christin Field is the best! I've been with her since 2010 and I can't imagine seeing anyone else. She has the best bedside manner and never rushes the appointment. She treats you as a whole person. She delivered my kids in 2012 and 2015. Although my daughter had the cord wrapped around her neck twice, I was not concerned because we were in expert hands.
