During a very difficult time for our family, Vince and the List Giant folks were superbly in tune with our needs and helped us figure out how to make our mailing list work. As total novices we were stranded trying to find ways to help our son and they were just perfect in spirit and willingness to assist with knowledge and expertise not found otherwise.
