My husband had a great experience at Infusion Health. He enjoyed the free treats and water in the waiting room. His nurse, Lynn, is kind, knowledgeable and professional. The room was very comfortable almost like a spa. My husband will be happy to return.

I have used this facility for the past 2 years. The hands on staff in T.O. have been great. However, telephone support to change an appointment has been just awful. I have experienced prolonged holds with music, inadequately informed personnel, and call back promises which never happened. I have been unsuccessful in changing my appointment for two days. As a physician, I can no longer recommend this facility.

This place used to be great. Under new ownership, it has really changed for the worse. It used to have amazing, experienced, talented nurses, and kind staff. Now the administrative staff are awful and, even with a month's notice, seemly could care less if you get your treatment when it is medically needed. They still have some nurses with kind dispositions, but they are not that savvy with inserting the IV. It takes several failed sticks to finally get the one nurse who is good with IVs. The amazingly caring nurses like Tammy and Denise are no longer there. It is not the worst place to go, but be ready for the administrative staff, who could not care less about your needs or welfare. :(
