Electric Ave Thousand Oaks

I had Nathan at Electric Ave check out my Gen 3 Toyota Prius for the dreaded Hybrid System Error. He was able to diagnose an inverter problem that another shop misdiagnosed as a hybrid battery pack failure. He verified that my battery pack was in good condition. I appreciate his knowledge, kindness, and promptness to get me pointed in the right direction. He was understanding of my situation, offered alternative options, and did not pressure me into any repairs. There are not many Hybrid and EV specialists around this area, so Electric Ave fills a huge local need in this space.

I was considering purchasing a used hybrid vehicle. Into my research I learned that the hybrid cars have batteries that need to be replaced. I went into electric Avenue and spoke with Nathan and he advised me on the cost to replace the batteries for this particular car. He advised me of other options and was very courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. He didn't have to spend that time explaining to me about the hybrid cars, and knowing that I didn't even own one. I appreciate his help and this review has been a long time coming, but I thought everyone should know about the quality experience. I got at Electric Ave., Thousand Oaks.

Over a year ago, brought my soon to be purchased Prius. They checked it out. I had concerns AC not working properly. Reassured me it was just a small issue. Told me this car was a good one. Had AC serviced and rear brakes. Fair price and nice friendly people. Definitely recommend ! Wish I had posted review a year ago
