“What an amazingly positive experience I had today at the office of Dr Couch and Dr Cho. My hygienist Amira did a fantastic job and Dr Cho and his assistant Stephanie were kind, caring, and very professional.<br><br>My backstory may be helpful to some. I was very happy with my old dentist (going every 4 months for cleaning and dental work as necessary) but was forced to change dentists by my insurance company in 2023. I went to a practice in Westlake and on my first visit, they told me that I needed 6 new crowns, with an out-of-pocket cost of $3000. I was shocked because I had just seen my old dentist in Nov 2022 - 4 months before with no issues raised<br>.<br>Seeking a second opinion, I asked a good friend for a recommendation and he said that he and his wife have been very happy with Dr Couch’s practice. Took me a couple of months to get an appointment (a good sign I thought) and had my first appointment today. Can’t say enough positive things about the experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and as I noted, Dr Cho was great. Need a couple of fillings replaced but no, I don’t need 6 new crowns.<br><br>I left feeling like my dental care is in great hands and I can highly recommend Dr Couch’s office! Thank you!!“
