My heater fan in the attic would not turn off and I called Craig at Cmi. He listened and gave me instructions on how to perform some tests and hopefully get it to work, which it did. It saved him time and me some money. He had the respect to give a women mechanical instructions, and he could have come out and charged for a task I performed.
