I’ve had shoulder pain for as long as I can remember, and no doctor or physical therapist was ever able to figure out the root cause—most just gave up on me. But Alexandra took the time to truly understand what was going on. She didn’t just treat the symptoms—she found the why. Her approach, care, and knowledge are unlike anything I’ve experienced. Alexandra genuinely knows how to heal, and I’m so grateful to have found her.
