I called ahead he said he could see me. I asked for gel and asked for wet cuticle manicure 1st as my cuticles were so terrible. He demoed my Pinky finger it looked excellent. He was thorough and good with my pinky. As soon as I said yes for the Bio gel he rushed through each finger, not even heated dry. My nail beds were dusty & dirty when I left. The rest of my fingers were not great ; he was rushed, multi tasking, my cuticles were treated dry with sanding tool; cuticles did not look good and nails do not look good. I'm in pain today from having my pinkie nail sliced to the skin in the middle using a cuteicle nipper. When the nail tech jammed it into my nail, i jumped out of my chair. I asked him why he needed to dig that deep, he ignored me. Both nail technicians were super rough and rude. I'm hoping I won't have an infection, and who knows? How clean their tools are. I won't be returning.

Back because forgot all about inflation as well. That's in other places and not here. Especially, when I for one can't go twice mo, no more. I mean just to get my nails trim of course. Both parties have to deal with it.
