Waited over an hour for my appointment. So frustrating. They also don’t have WiFi. I couldn’t even work while waiting.
Also, you can’t email them and they won’t email you. Not even simple stuff, like a copy of my insurance card. It’s 2025 time to update your system!!!
There has not been a single time I have come here and not waited over an hour in a packed waiting room. Would be nice if they were running so far behind to call and let people know before. We will be leaving this clinic after todays appointment
My doctor is great, but the front office staff, unfortunately, needs much improvement. Making a simple appointment is a frustrating ordeal, always involving excessively long hold times. It's understandable that they're busy, but with such a large practice, they should ensure timely assistance to all their patients. A friendly and responsive front office staff is important to all patients. Management, please fix this!!
