This is my second bad review of a practice that is quickly not only going downhill but dangerous. My family are retired doctors by the way. I haveCovid and was prescribed medication. Having some difficulty breathing and my mom checked my lung sounds and got less lung cintion on the right side. We called this office who is supposed to have a doctor on call or at least to talk to you- at least an RN!?! Jokingly I say they'll prob send me t urgent care. I get on the line with somebody and says let me check with the doctor and then she gets back on and says we don't have one go to Irgent Care.I am tired and already pay my insurance and should not have to go to urgent care Faith COVID without being screened firsts. Do not bother with this practice unless you absolutely have to.... The quality of care because of its business practices not its doctors is 1/5. I hope this changes because it is not ok.

I had an appointment to schedule a colonoscopy. The doctor came in said 10 words to me, had no bedside manner at all. They then build my insurance and Medicare using the wrong code which they refuse to change so I end up having a pay at $250 bill. All of it could’ve been done over the phone simply making me an appointment and calling in the prescription but no, they needed an extra 250 bucks, Medicare is the one that told me they coded it wrong. The office staff made no attempt to help me with this or do anything about it I will never use their services again

I have been going to FCPP in most of their offices in the area for a few years because they were accepting new patients when i moved back to this area. In my opinion they are the worst group of doctors i have even been to. My first experience was the doctor who practiced in Cambria. She gave me a physical and never put the stethoscope on my chest to listen to my heart and lungs. Not good. Later i was told that she was no longer with FCPP, but gave me no reason. I could probably make a guess. I asked to be given a new doctor. They sent me to a doctor in Templeton where i went to see her about the swelling in my legs. When i took off my shoes and socks so she could check them out, she backed away and never even gave them a feel to see what i was asking about. The next time i saw her was to check out a few things that were bothering me, not only because of the concern of feeling a little different, but i was having pain as well. She said to get a blood test of which i did right a way. She called me in to give me the results and told me that the blood work was ok and sent me home. I still had the problems and the pain, but that did not seem to matter to her. Blood work was good so i must be good. Not so! So i asked to see another doctor. They sent me to a doctor in San Luis Obispo and when i finally saw him, i had some of the same questions that i had with the other doctor in Templeton. I asked him to discuss with me these problems, but he chose to single out just one of them. He wanted me to get a mammogram of my breast. By the way, the doctor in Templeton dismissed that problem because of the good blood work results. So this new doctor asked me to lay down so he could best examine me. When i did, my mask kinda slipped just off of my nose and he rushed over and grabbed the mask and forcefully slammed it back on my nose and squeezed in very hard so it would stay in place. Surprising me. When i originally met him i had asked if he had both of his Covid shots and he said yes. I of course told him that i had also. But the worse experience that i had at that visit was the the doctor was wearing a mask and a shield, and kept his back to me with his head down writing all of the time as he talked to me. I barely heard or understood anything that he said. I also asked him to recommend a pulmonoligest. He said that he would do so. He recommend one in Santa Barbara and one in Santa Maria. I said that the one in Santa Maria was better as it was just half as far as the one in Santa Barbara. Guess what? I never heard from the one in Santa Maria but did hear from the one in Santa Barbara. Duh!
