I recently had fumigation services provided by So Cal Termite Solutions. As a brand new homeowner, figuring out the termite situation was new territory for me. When I reached out to Glenn for an estimate, he was responsive and scheduled me for an estimate the following afternoon. While checking out the property, Glenn even shared some tips and pointers on quick fixes I could take care of myself, which was greatly appreciated. He even took the time to review a previous termite inspection report that had been conducted by another company during my escrow process, and revisited those areas of the house to compare his observations and recommendations for me. The estimate that Glenn provided for the fumigation of my home and detached garage was very reasonable, so I immediately decided to proceed. Glenn was able to schedule the fumigation within days, took care of stopping and restarting gas services, and got everything done on schedule. He kept in contact with me via phone and text with updates until the project was completed. Thoroughly enjoyed the short moment that I worked with Glenn on this. Would definitely entrust him with handling any future creepy crawly issues that may, but hopefully not, arise.
