It is a great concept with really fantastic execution, easy to understand workouts, customized nutrition, and all on your schedule since it’s online and virtual coaching.The results speak for themselves - I lost 15lbs in the first month of eating well and working out. Read on if you’re interested!I love to workout, but never know what to do at the gym. So I wander around for 20 minutes then get on a treadmill for 30 and leave. Not at all effective.In the past I’ve had a traditional trainer with one on one sessions. Unfortunately, that didn’t work - I was working out but had no nutritional guidance. Signing up with OpsFit after finals was the best idea ever! I'm in law school so I don't have time to fight traffic to meet a trainer, but I need some exercise because all I do is sit, eat, and study. Now I get my workouts and, bonus, the meal plans save me time during the week because I don't have to think of what to eat - the menu is set and I've prepped for the week. Just heat it and eat it!Making time to exercise has made me more efficient with my time and it helps clear my head. Thanks to Chris, I'm set to start the new semester mentally and physically healthy.
