Went in here to get some balloons filled. Part convenience store but primarily party supplies/rental sales. Great and friendly service and very reasonable prices. I will consider this place if I need rentals. Edgar helped me and was awesome!
Marcy was very quick and responsive in my inquiries for renting 4 tables, chairs and a 20×20 canopy. I had called several places and Marcy gave the best deal, less than half the price of a local supply company. I had to change the set up day last minute and they were able to accommodate. Great condition tables, padded white chairs, and tent. Will choose J Solita as our party supplier at all of our events. Thank you!
After researching and contacting numerous party supply vendors, I stumbled upon Jsolita on Offer Up, of all places. Edgar responded IMMEDIATELY with a quote for the tables and chairs I was looking for, when many others didn't even respond or took days to get back to me. In addition, Jsolita's prices were the best out there so I ended up choosing them. I met Edgar when I dropped off my deposit and he is one of the nicest, most accommodating persons you will ever meet. (I could have Zelled him the deposit but I wanted to make sure it was a legit business and it definitely is!) During the entire process, Edgar went over and above to make us happy and ensured that we had peace of mind, by following up to questions quickly and providing confirmation of services prior to the day of the event. I also really appreciated his advice on my indecision to rent umbrellas, versus a tented canopy. I went back and forth several times but he gladly accommodated my changes. I ended up choosing the tables with umbrellas, chairs and linen which worked out perfectly. (BTW...many places don't carry the tables with umbrellas!) Pricing for tenting was very reasonable, had I chosen that option. Edgar was kind enough to set up the table/umbrellas and chairs for us on the day of the event, since we couldn't get into the venue until later in the day, which we really appreciated. (The rest of the vendors I contacted charge for this so we gave him a little extra.) There are many options out there for party rentals but I highly recommend Jsolita not just based on pricing but because of the level of service he provides, his kind demeanor and high level of professionalism.
