Near Bank America, close to Sam's Club Chiropractor Dr Charles Linn is excellent. At this facility on Monday and Friday. I always sleep better and have less pain with his treatment Fun to see all the babies in his aquarium while waiting. No long waiting time before they call your name. I've been going to him for a few years now since he moved from across the street. I've been to other chiropractors but I like Dr Charles when the best.
My neck and shoulder was in so much pain that I had to leave work to seek help. I called this office and they were able to take me in at the last minute before they closed. The doctor said my spine was compressed so it was pressing on my nerves. They put me on a machine to stretch my neck. That felt very weird and it was a bit uncomfortable at the last 2 minutes but it did offer a lot of relieve. They adjusted my spine and popped my neck. It was CRAZY GOOD! I needed a moment to collect myself after having had my head yanked. Haha. Going back next week for more !!!
Dr.Wayne is the best!! Casual Chiropractor, acupuncture, cupping, massage therapy office! The place is full of local Chinese Seniors which is a good sign. I've been visiting since late 2023, and feel I can rave over my experience after 2 visits. Dr.Wayne is such a great listener, patient and considerate. He really tries to do his best within such a short time frame. For ppl with chronic illnesses to pain, such a blessing to find this Dr Wayne!! Understands Eastern medicine. Dr.Wayne is at this El Monte location: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays. This clinic also has a hacienda location too. It is easy to make an appointment with them. Very mom pop type of business style, casual and such...so don't expect extremely professional, high end process of things. The important part is that you've found professionals who won't mess you up after a session with them!! Before one gets cracked and knots to be worked on, you'll need your muscles to be loosened. Due to some people's time limit, cupping and acupuncture is used. Dr.Wayne doesn't believe this to be best practice and would need more time, but it could still work for limited time. My insurance only offers a certain amount of time. If I want to add more time for my situation, it would cost more so I kept it to what is covered for now. Cupping and Acupuncture: Due to fear needles (I've done acupuncture multiple times elsewhere years before), I opt in for cupping instead. It was my first cupping experience, it was easy and relaxing. Only thing is that it'll leave deep bruises on me for months. Due to future weddings coming up, I've opt in to try their acupuncture this time. And it was done well for someone scared of acupuncture, even if I've gotten acupuncture done before elsewhere. Cracks are fast and scary, just like any chiropractor experience. So it requires alot of trust.
