I've been going to her for a few years, and even after moving out of the 626 area, I drive back to Theressa because I trust her artistry, attention to detail, care, and communication. She expertly understands the limits of hair and chemicals, and will be clear and honest with setting expectations based on hair condition. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but with remnants of a perm and grown out single hair color from last year. I showed Theressa some ideas of what I wanted, and she guided me to find something my hair could handle -- which in this case was with a bit of bleach (too much would've damaged my hair), and a different color than I had in mind, but I think turned out better than the pictures I brought. Theressa is patient and really listened to me. She took care to analyze how the hair color would compliment my skin tone & how the cut would frame my face, and guided me through the entire process. She also gave me tips on how to style my hair for an upcoming event. Theressa's assistant Cindy was also so helpful, attentive & communicative!
