Excellent Dr and staff. Made me feel at ease. I’ve been to several Urologists both here and the East Coast. Dr Patel is young, personable, and has experience (8 years). His staff was also professional and personable.
Everyone was friendly and professional. This office is well run by a very efficient staff. I love that I can call and speak to a person instead of a machine. Also love that the office is not overbooked and chaotic. Too many doctor’s offices have frighteningly overwhelmed staff that makes me doubt their ability to properly address my healthcare needs. Dr Patel’s office is a totally professional and focused experience. Thank you to Dr Patel and his staff!
I recently took my elderly father to Dr. Patel at United Urology in Temecula and could not have been more impressed. He was very professional, yet personable and definitely took his time with us. There was some concern my dad might need some urgent care over the upcoming weekend, and he gave me his personal cell number and told me to be sure to let him know if that ended up being the case. When he found out my dad was going to be moving to another state, Dr. Patel took the time that same day to contact colleagues in that state to get recommendations for a good urologist in the area he'd be living in and had them contact me right away.
