We needed a new AC Unit installed, we called them out for a quote. They sent a guy out to my house who quoted the job and we decided to hire them for the job. Well they totally botched the install, and we had condensate pouring out of our attic. I confronted the owner of the company about this. He said he took no responsibility because that employee no longer worked for him (Which literally makes no sense). But that he would send out two other techs to look at it. Already not a good sign. I am very pleased with TVHA as Frank came out today to make a very critical repair on the spot. They were prompt, informative, and professional. Our Central Air went out due to a faulty capacitor, they made the repair within an hour. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
