Temecula office is an exceptional facility to go to. Once you arrive you're greeted with outstanding customer service from the front desk to the staff inside, always willing to help. Doctors pride an outstanding service. The only down fall is that you can't call the front desk directly you have to call the central line if you have any questions. But over all the this temecula office is the best place to get your medical services.
I consistently benefit from exceptional service at the Temecula Clinica Medica Familiar. As a VA patient, the health care process is superb, from scheduling with Maricela, to patient intake and vitals with Arelene, to in-house lab draws with Breayr, a visit to my primary care doctor (Dr. Greta Rios-Steed) or any of the doctors and nurse practitioners is five stars!
Breayr H, Maricela M, Arlene P, were all professional and proficient on there job, really appreciate everything they've done for me! Helped me clam my nerves when nervous, explained everything in great detail! Will recommend this clinic to close friends and family, thank you! - nick
