We sold our houses in Temecula remotely and Michelle H. from team Forss did a great job. Michelle is very knowledgeable and professional. We benefited from her rich experiences. She helped take care of everything to prepare our rental properties before marketing. For example, she inspected the house and got the quotes for repairs. Michelle even had her gardener taking care of the front yard while my gardener was away. She communicated clearly and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Michelle Layton was truly exceptional. I initially got in contact with Michelle via the Zillow webpage when I request a viewing of a property in the Temecula neighborhood area. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market.
