Doctor Ishikane is an awesome veterinarian. She is so compassionate, knowledgeable, skilled and patient. I could go on and on. She understands our concerns and ensures all of our questions are answered before leaving the appointment. Thank you so much!
They are great with animals and have a proactive system that lets you know what shots are due and when. My only issue is always the wait time. I get there on time for my dog’s appointment but have to wait over 20-25 minutes before being seen. Other than that, they are great.
We have used this Vet for over 15 years. We've had 3 dogs go to this Vet. The staff is knowledgeable, listens to your concerns, and respectful to the animals. Once we found STVH we have not gone anywhere else, and Ive highly recommend to anyone who wants a referral.
