Although there was a misunderstanding on the hours of operations for Saturday. David, the business owners family member came out and opened up the shop for us to take the two bridesmaids dresses that we needed for Sunday (which they are not open on) a huge life-saving move on their part. Kudos to going above and beyond taking care of customers, you have us as customers for life we really appreciate the extra effort.
Incredible. Incredible this place is. Took some jeans to get ~taken in~ and got them back in two days. TWO DAYS. perfectly sized. Now I can enjoy struting the streets without the worry of saggy jeans #bless. Lilly was a joy. She was so helpful beyond her hemming needs even suggesting a new boba place I must try. Alex was everything right in the alternations industry. He gave me a 10/10 experience for it being my first time getting an item altered. Where would the girls be if not for the service of Alex and Lilly??
This place was great! The customer service was amazing. They were able to get my suit back to me in one day when I mentioned it was time sensitive. I really felt like they cared about me and wanted me to have my clothes on time. 10/10 would recommend!
